You Are Not Lazy. Your Starting Point May Simply Be Too Demanding.

You make a plan on Sunday. Monday gets busy. Sleep runs late. The walk gets skipped.

By Wednesday, it feels like you have failed again.

That cycle does not always mean you lack discipline. Sometimes the plan was built for your best days instead of your real ones.

Too Tired to Start? helps you begin with actions small enough for an ordinary, demanding week. You will not be asked to transform everything at once. You will learn how to choose one realistic sleep cue, one walk you can safely repeat, and one clear promise for how you will return when life interrupts you.

Because a plan only helps when you can still use it on a difficult day.

Here Is What You Will Get Inside the Free Guide

1. An Honest Starting-Line Snapshot

See your current sleep, walking, energy, and schedule clearly, without shame or guesswork.

2. Your First Power-Down Cue

Choose one simple evening signal that helps you protect a more realistic sleep opportunity.

3. A Repeatable First Walk

Select a safe duration, time, and route that fit your present capacity, not somebody else's routine.

4. Your One Return Promise

5. A Seven-Day Fillable Tracker

6. A Simple Week 2 Plan

Carry forward the one action that proved most useful instead of rebuilding everything from zero.

By the end of the week, you will have a starting rhythm based on your real life, plus evidence about what you can genuinely repeat.

One Cue. One Walk. One Return.

This free guide introduces the 1-1-1 Starter, a light doorway into the wider Slight Steps Method.

ONE POWER-DOWN CUE

One small action that signals the day is winding down and protects tomorrow's energy.

ONE REPEATABLE WALK

One safe walk or movement session small enough to complete without needing an ideal day.

ONE RETURN PROMISE

One decision to return at the next safe opportunity without punishment, guilt or waiting for Monday.

  • You want a practical foundation that respects your current capacity.

  • Ten thousand steps, perfect sleep, and all-or-nothing plans feel too far from your present reality.

  • Your work, family, ministry, or caregiving responsibilities leave little room for complicated routines.

The goal is not a perfect seven-day streak. The goal is to discover a beginning you can return to.

Regino C. Rondilla III, Creator of The Slight Steps: Too Tired to Start?

I Created the Guide I Needed When Every Plan Felt Too Big.

I am Regino C. Rondilla III, known as Ronz. I am a Filipino entrepreneur, marketing executive, husband, father, and follower of Christ.

At the beginning of my own health journey, I weighed approximately 123.4 kilograms or 272 pounds and commonly slept only four to five hours on many nights. I knew I needed to change, but another demanding plan was not what I needed. I was already tired.

I began by protecting a more realistic sleep opportunity and walking at a level my body could repeat. My early walks were roughly 15-30 minutes. As my energy and capacity improved, I gradually did more. The important shift was not doing everything perfectly. It was learning to take a small useful action and return after interruptions.

I created Too Tired to Start? to help people like me find a gentler, more honest first step. My experience is personal and individual, not a guarantee or medical prescription. My hope is that this guide helps you begin without shame, punishment, or all-or-nothing pressure.
